Bryggen is the historic harbour district of Bergen and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll through the narrow streets between the colourful wooden houses from the 18th century and discover the many shops, galleries and restaurants. Immerse yourself in the history of the Hanseatic League, which once characterised Bryggen, and admire the well-preserved architecture.

Enjoy the view from the Floyen

Floyen is the most famous of the seven mountains surrounding the city of Bergen. Take the Fløibanen mountain railway or hike to the top for a breathtaking view of the city, the fjords and the surrounding landscape.
