Eindhoven Cultural Centre

Welcome to the city of art, culture and creativity - if you want to celebrate an unforgettable stag party, Eindhoven in the Netherlands is the place to be. Eindhoven is the largest city in the province of Brabant in the south of the Netherlands. Here you can expect remarkable museums, excellent shopping opportunities and a lot of unique sights. A trip to Eindhoven is well worth it!

The De Blob building

If you are interested in impressive architecture, you should visit the futuristic building "De Blob" in the city centre. It was designed by the Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas and forms the entrance to the shopping centre "De Admirant". The building is characterised by large glass and steel surfaces that make it stand out from the crowd.

Would you like to climb into a spaceship? In 1966, Frits Philips commissioned this building with a 77-metre concrete dome in the shape of a UFO to celebrate the Philips company anniversary. It is a true landmark of the city of Eindhoven and is now used as an event and congress centre. After its construction, the Evoluon was used as a science museum.

Van Abbemuseum and Strijp-S

Want to see a large art collection with a changing exhibition programme? The Van Abbemuseum is one of Europe's leading museums of contemporary and modern art. Opened in 1936, it features extensive collections of around 3,000 works of art of all kinds. From sculptures to paintings, from Picasso to Mondrian, at the Van Abbemuseum you can marvel at art and engage with it through experiments in the laboratory.

The Strijp-S area is a vibrant neighbourhood in the city of Eindhoven. The former industrial and factory area is now adorned with shops, restaurants and workspaces for artists. In the Strijp-S you can cosy up in one of the many bars, cafés and restaurants and enjoy the special ambience.

The Strijp-S is also home to the Veem Market. The Veem Market in Eindhoven sells everything that the epicurean heart loves. Bread, beer, wine, fruit, cheese or meat - a variety of international and regional products are sold in the large market hall.
